Live Music. Nothing in the pipeline at present. Check back in January for an announcement or two. The lovely graphic item at right was spotted on the Web by my friend Jim Oliver. It's from a 1932 issue of Modern Mechanics magazine. Don't those musicians look like they're having a darn good time? Needless to say, my electric cello is a real cello, not a theremin.
Music Technology Stuff. Nothing special, just more reviews, features, and columns appearing in Keyboard, Electronic Musician, Mix, Virtual Instruments, and Drum!. I should have a feature coming up in Remix too, but not until April or May. Negotiations with Hal Leonard this summer for me to write a music technology book fell through -- too much work, not enough money, and their 19th century approach to publishing schedules meant the book would have been getting a bit moldy by the time it reached the bookstores.
